Delete Your Clickronix Data and Revoke Access
Disconnect access and request deletion.
Clickronix provides clear paths to revoke connected-account access and request deletion of eligible service data.
1. Disconnect Google inside Clickronix
Sign in to the Clickronix app, open Integrations, choose the connected Google account, and select Disconnect. This stops future API access by Clickronix for that connection.
2. Revoke access from Google
Open your Google Account, review third-party connections, select Clickronix, and remove access. Revocation does not automatically erase data already lawfully stored.
3. Request data deletion
Email support@clickronix.com from the account email with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include the workspace name and whether you want connected Google data, traffic data, or the full account deleted.
4. Verification
We may verify identity, workspace ownership, and authority before deleting data to prevent unauthorized requests.
5. Completion
Eligible data is deleted from active systems according to applicable law and normal technical cycles. Some information may be retained for security, legal, billing, dispute, or backup obligations.
6. Account closure
Where available, account owners may also use the in-app account deletion control. Closing an account may cancel access to reports and configured integrations.
A clear path from deletion request to confirmed removal
Clickronix documents identity verification, account review, data removal, and completion steps so users understand how deletion requests are handled.
- 01 Receive request
- 02 Verify account
- 03 Delete eligible data
- 04 Confirm completion
