Advertising click and session data
Generally up to 90 days, subject to plan, customer configuration, active investigations, legal requirements, and technical deletion cycles.
Google API data
Retained only as needed for connected user-facing features and account history. Disconnection stops new access; eligible stored data can be deleted on request, subject to legal and security exceptions.
Risk scores and detection records
Generally aligned with the underlying click-data retention period unless retained in aggregated or de-identified form.
Security and audit logs
Up to 12 months where needed for security monitoring, abuse prevention, incident investigation and compliance.
Account and workspace information
For the account lifetime and a limited period afterward for recovery, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Billing and transaction records
As required by financial, tax and legal obligations.
Backups
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until normal rotation. Backups are access-restricted and not restored except for continuity or recovery.
Deletion requests
Verified requests are processed within the period required by applicable law. Clickronix may retain limited records to document completion and meet legal duties.
